DENIS is a mess!!!

DENIS is giving me the runaround after they refused a "stale" claim. The claim was submitted to SAMWUMED and not handled due to a backlog. I was then advised to submit the claim to DENIS since they are now administering dental claims for SAMWUMED.

DENIS requested proof from me that the claim was submitted to SAMWUMED in time and I provided this, with the automated response from SAMWUMED when the claim was submitted.

I am now left having to provide the same information everytime and left speaking to various call centre agents. When I ask to speak to a back office person or team leader I am advised that it is not possible. This matter has been going back and forth for two weeks although I have submitted the requested proof.

DENIS your service is poor to say the least, responses are poor and it seems you do not want to resolve queries. 1 month in with DENIS and I am ready to leave SAMWUMED to escape you.
