Dealing with DENIS makes me hate Bonitas
Worst Customer Service Ever! They do not care about the patients. Authorisations are rejected, when querying there is one code rejected, instead of communicating they just outright reject.... DENIS will be the reason I cancel my Bonitas medical aid
