Good day
Please can you assist if possible Dr Parker's secretary phoned to say GEMS rejected my claim gems say they approved all my claims Denis dental section rejected my claim can you please explain reasons for not paying it as I had a incident where I got almost hi-jacked and assaulted where I got thrown with a brick against in my face (jar) and then I was hospitalized I was then told my jar is split into two luckily x-rays showed different but now gems (dental) is refusing to pay please if possible give my a call urgently thanks in advance ***.
