DENHAM HYDE PARK SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

I bought pants and was told that if they did not fit as well as I had suspected I could bring them back to the store. They didn't stretch like the salesperson said they do. When I took them back I was told that they were not going to give me my money back, I was told to choose something else or that they would give me a voucher instead. They mislead customers to spend money and force them to buy something else from their store if the garment doesn't fit properly. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life, I have never been told or forced to like something else from a store or I won't get my money back. If I don't like anything from their store they'll keep my money.
