Custom made furniture nightmare

Placed an order with Denart Glam Furniture. Quality control was not done on my order. I asked that they correct the finishing of my mirror and to this day it has not been done. I have asked them to collect the mirror and refund me. I am being told they don't have money to refund me. As for my other two order they still haven't arrived as they have transportation issues.
