Have not recieved an in app purchase for 7 days

I bought R250 worth of gems in an in app purchase through itunes and still have not received it.<br> I emailed and got two tickets from 22Cans. They told me it had been resolved which it hadnt and now i have been told to be patient and they will update my ticket. I want my money back and am currently being ignored!
