Demon Tweeks APPALLING SERVICE

Appalling service Bought OMP race seats from them. Within 6 weeks seats are coming apart and is only used 2-3 times a week and not for racing. Reported to Demon Tweeks and was told to stop using them and it is not their fault that I disposed of old seats. 4 weeks later and still no response from them as to how issue will be resolved. Absolutely appalling customer service. Seems like once you have paid they don't care any more

17/10/2019 - It has now been days since the below response from Demon Tweeks and still no contact or update from them. Seems my previous assessment of the service is correct. 26/10/2019 - Still no response from Demon Tweeks. Called them on 23rd and was told I had to send photos again as they have lost 3 previous emails. This means that nothing has been done about my issue in 5 weeks. Asked to speak to management and was told that I would get a call back from them. Needless to say that didn't happen either.
