Stupid advice and extremely ***********

No Lucinda Harman from the DA ,I will Not sell my house die to the City of Jhb deliberately drastically overstating the value of the property when huge companies and schools get zero market value to not pay rates and taxes. Is this how you resolve issues. I would pay more rent elsewhere, so according to you overbilling is ok,,deliberately overstating properties just to get double rates is acceptable, you need your head read. Surely you could recommend a person that can help at COJ ,you are just as useless and earn a huge salary for doing absolutely nothing. I will never ever vote D A again,usrless
