Poor Services from Ward 59 Counsellor and DA's Water Management

Dear Hello Peters,

I am writing to express my frustration and deep concern over the poor services we have been receiving from the Ward 52 counsellor Maggie Johnson and the Democratic Alliance (DA) staff responsible for water distribution. Despite water tankers being sent out, they often refuse to stop for people who desperately need water in their homes, a basic necessity.

This failure in service delivery is deeply troubling, especially since it affects individuals who are paying for services they are not receiving. Our attempts to reach out to Dean Macpherson and other DA staff have been met with disappointment, as they either decline our calls or send us vague messages, promising to direct us to the right channels but failing to follow through.

How can we have individuals in charge of these critical areas when they continuously neglect the needs of the people? This is unfair to those who rely on and pay for these services yet receive nothing in return.

We hope that bringing this matter to your attention will lead to a more thorough investigation and accountability from the parties responsible.
