Picitup ongoing poor service delivery

I have been emailing and corresponding with the DA's responsible person in Ward 88 (ref Pat Richards) since December 2015. As a result of no response I tried other DA offices but everyone copied blatantly ignores my plea for assistance expressing to them that i have been corresponding with Pikitup regarding the ongoing Pikitup Strikes and that we get charged (on a monthly basis) for non - service delivery. <br> <br> What is with government Ward Councilors? It seems this is normal nowadays, On face value it appears as if the opposition party together the ruling party supports the no service delivery \challenges\"<br> <br> The sad part, it has been noted that the DA for the last twelve months even ignore correspondence from Hellopeter but I still decided to log my frustration for the rest of the world to see. Who, in the ranks of the DA, should one direct our problem to? "
