Paying DA ward counselor for doing nothing!! Shame where our tax money goes!!

The DA is in charge of your area and in our case at Boschkop Mnr Malcom de Klerk! When we have problems we report it on our group and Malcom is the DA representative that has to sort out the problems! Every week we have at least 3 times a week no electricity and what does De Klerk do? Nothing!!! He forwards the complaints to the depot to investigate!!! In my case i told him this is nonsense and we are not happy at all and guess what he does he removes you from the community group cause you taking him on for not doing his job! Why does he get paid for not doing anything that has been a problem for years??? He gets paid for sitting at home and forwarding a few messages??? Even other members on our group told him how can you remove someone of he complains??? Its shows you Mr de Klerk is not suitable for the job! He has done nothing to better our ongoing problem in Boschkop! He's a ***ard!!
