No service delivery from DA Counselor

After phoning and messaging our DA counselor on many occasions for months and months with regards to the overgrown bush behind our house, we just don't get any communication or service delivery. None what so ever. I informed him that the overhanging trees have already damaged my electric fence twice, and repaired it at my own cost. The trees are infringing on my house roof already. With the reasant veld fires this is a risk to me and my family. Will the DA pay for my damges i wonder???? Now we are sitting without water, for what was said to be a few days. He sends people to the collection points with water containers but there are no water tankers. People with babies are struggling to make formula milk without water. Please get rid of this counselor as everyone In the area is frustrated to no end with him for years already. He is giving the DA a bad name.
