No Response in Crisis

Good day i am trying to find out about the power outage in Linden Johannesburg. i have called the local councilor but unfortunately is off ill. i tried to call other councilors in surrounding areas, but to no avail. I then resorted to call head office. They then push me to the South regional office. I was then given a number for an MP who also did not answer the call. I asked the call center person is there no local councilor that can assist me, to which he advised i must speak to the MP for a local matter. We have been out of power from at least Sunday Evening. I just need an update as the City Power twitter account is not very helpful in giving detailed udates. It is expensive as the fridge and Freezer products can only last that long. HELLO DA - it makes me wonder
