no response from DA

hello peter my name isEulan , on the 30th of December 2017 i lost my son in law due to storm tree fell in top of his car at lenesia military base, since then i tried to phone DA'soffice for assists with counseling , Helmen Mashaba's pa was giving me attitude on the phone telling me to go n meet with him at Glenridge he is visiting those who lost their properties due to same storm i was surprised that he is visiting those who lost properties not life , i even emailed them the rep**** my email by saying i must give them my adress n ward which i did , is been a yr now the trauma is still deep especially that we not receiving any sauce of counseling frm our municipality especial that the treatment we received frm paramedics at the scine was very bad , i hope by writing to u the widow will get counseling cause she's no coping with her 1 yr daughter who was 4 weeks when her dad died , thank you i'm so disappointed to DA n disaster management who kept on giving us appointment dates to come n meet us which they never did
