No Courtesy from DA Leadership

On the 14th October I wrote an email to Ward Councillor Joy McCarthy in response to a letter sent by her congratulating me on purchasing a property in the area and welcoming me to the area. I put a 'read-receipt' on the email so I can see that she has read it. To date there has been no response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Please do not expect my support if this is the courtesy you show me.
