Disappointed by Lack of Response

I am deeply frustrated by the poor communication and lack of support from my ward councilor in Ward 70. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and WhatsApp regarding an urgent issue, I have been completely ignored. It's disappointing to feel neglected by those who are supposed to represent and support us. It's almost comical how they only remember us when they need something from us. At this point, it's like paying for a full-course meal and receiving an empty plate. What exactly are they getting paid for?
