DA's short coming in pretoria north

The DA in pretoria north is absolutely useless, pretoria north has constant power outages outside of load shedding hours, we barely have water and the roads are barely drive able... then they have the nerve to call you and ask for your vote ha... I will never vote DA again they are *********** to run pretoria
