DA you have lost my Vote !

What's ******* is how you are running the council ..... You have cut my water for a leak that occurred OUTSIDE my premises , I have sent you over 75 emails ( Yes I have them all still ) I have explained to you the issue yet you dont care , you also dont care that you have escalated my Rates that I am now paying over R3500 pm . I have tried my best to get assistance from council , unfortunately I am dealing with *********** people who just dont care and as a result , You have lost my Vote .
