DA useless service

We Had a Smart pre paid meter.... it worked well for more than 5 years we had absolutely no issue with it. one day it all changed when the City Of Tshwane (COT) municipality decided to fix something that was not broken as usual and changed our smart meter with a Conlog meter. first of all we were not notified of the change beforehand on the day they changed the meter the guy came and did the change and then left the key pad with the instructions. we followed the instructions only to later find out that this meter was charging us more than 3 times what the smart meter charged us for electricity. we raised the issue with COT on their E tshwane portal No less than 11 times and still have not received so much as a call or text message. i also raised this issue with our DA ward Councillor also to no avail. at least in the private sector we as citizens have a choice but in government sector they are allowed to do as they please and we must maar just pay!!! pathetic useless service all round both from the COT and the DA!
