DA and City of Tshwane extremely useless

The DA is in charge of the City of Tshwane, but we get NO service from them. My call reference for my power that is off was 29/10 of 2022, but the call was closed on 12/11/2022 without a reason. I got a new call reference today, 574/13 of 2022 after I have spoken to the call centre in the morning which did not give me the feedback I received in the afternoon. It has been more than 80 hours that we are without power. We are dependant on municipal power, as that is the only source of water, borehole water. Kindly assist!!!!!
