Complaint 7 March 2024 to Mayors office referred to relevant department and that's where it ended!!

My aunt who is in her eighties resides at Alphen House Cape Town went to visit her granddaughter in New Zealand. During 2021 she was made aware that the electricity was tampered with by her son who has since passed away. She had to pay over R8000. She did a sworn affidavit indicating that she was away and had NOTHING to do with the tampering. Everytime she buys electricity she gets a small portion of units. An email was sent to Geordin Hill Lewis office only to be met with the standard reply it will be referred to the relevant department. Email sent 7 March 2024 no response. Meter ***
