Absolutely disgusted with Casper Mc Donald's services. I sent him a message stating that our power has been off since 2pm. We got elections out to assess the issue. To find it was on the municipality side. Been trying to log tickets to get a reference with no avail. The app doesn't work. I tell this to Capser and he refuses to assist in anyway.

Absolutely not worth being a ward Councillor. I will not vote for him again. He's Absolutely useless
