Are there any DA City Councillors in Johannesburg?

I have been granted a 100& rebate almost two years ago yet I still recive accounts from the Johannesburg City Council. I have contacted them on several occasions and also asked the DA for assistance. No response, except for Debt Collectors who threatened to to suspend my electricyt and water. Haha. I todl them to make my day as I am paying those to the Body Corporate.
