Supplies incomplete products and non existent customer service

<p>I bought a side by side fridge. On the day of purchase i viewed the item. All the drawers was there except for the shelves. The sales person told me not to worry he will swap them from another fridge. On the day of delivery, the fridge came with the shelves and but missing two drawers. I immediatly enquired about it, a full week has gone without a response or delivery of the drawers. Plus i doubt whether they actually sell demo appliances, as the water bottle is missing a click, it was dirty with signs of use </p>
