Not trustworthy. Don't do business with this company

I bought a demo dishwasher on the 17th of Feb 2018. When I got home, the dishwasher was leaking at the bottom. I complained the next day on the 18th of Feb 2018. They sent a technician who was unable to fix it on monday the 19th of Feb 2018. I asked for my refund and they've been giving me various stories about my refund. They even told me on Thursday 22nd of Feb 2018 that it was already paid to me. So I've been asking for a proof of payment since with no satisfactory answer. I called again on Monday 26th and I was told that my refund was not paid. I'm still waiting in frustration. I regret doing business with this company
