Broken side by side refrigerator and lies all the way

We both a side by side refrigerator. When the fridge came it did not work. Then a technician came and could not fix it. Then they promised a refund, within our seven days. Then they promised a refund again, and again, and again. And then we stopped being nice, since they saw us as an easy target. Then they ignored our calls, then they said the account number was wrong. Then we kept on calling, calling and calling, got ahold of the owners number then within 10 minutes we had our money.

They were one hour away from... Serious action.

We've learned to rather pay more and have less worries and drama.
