Breaching SA Consumer laws, bad customer service

Be very cautious when purchasing a package. I have experience unacceptable customer service from the Claremont Deluxe Laser branch (who have changed their name to OnlyDeluxe Laser and Aesthetics), to such an extent where I no longer wished to complete my package and requested a refund for the treatments which I have not yet redeemed. This is a customer's right in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. Escalated to the highest levels and they outright refused to provide a refund or any form of compensation whatsoever. They simply do not care that they are breaching the CPA, trying to hide behind their "policies". This company is going to get a rude awakening when someone reports them to the Consumer Ombud. No customer service mindset at all and very arrogant staff at the higher levels, who boldly think that they are above the law.
