Constantia branch. Unprofessional and unacceptable, double standards and hypocrisy. Their policy if you cancel on the last minute is to charge you for the treatment. Which is understandable.

My wife and I, who are both doctors, took the day off at the cost of paying stand in doctors to cover our shift, to go to Deluxe Laser and Spa. When we arrived at the business for the appointment, they said they are not able to fulfill the appointment due to the the****** ( the branch manager too) not coming in to work. They did not contact us to inform us that they would not be able to assist nor did they try to reschedule or re-route us to one of their other branches for the treatment booked. Absolutely no effort made. If we had cancelled on the last minute we would have forfeited the cost of the treatment. However we have no recourse when they do the same.
