Worst service ever. Still waiting for my order salesperson is ignoring my tests and is always online.

I made a payment last week for hair that I saw them advertise. All went well. We have been communicating properly with the salesperson on the whatsapp business account. I’m now suddenly not being responded to when I ask about for feedback about couriering arrangements since they are quiet and as far as I know PEP sends an sms once your goods have been received. I haven’t got any of that, since we agreed on using PEP as a couriering service
