Unhappy customer

Their WhatsApp status is very active and I once bought hair from them so I thought they were lucrative.

I placed an order on the 13 June 2024 and paid full amount into their account. They responded with a **** courier guys slip on the 14 June 2024.

When I enquire about the slip they just ignore me. I am so disappointed because they are an operating business I sent my sister who is in Pretoria to their shop and I have been in their shop in Braamfontein and I trusted them. But they are just not to be trusted.
