Still waiting for my wig Deluxe Hair

So I ordered 3 wigs online from Deluxe hair studios on 15 August 2021 and paid on the same day. Follow ups done with their whatsapp number proved fruitless as my mother had to go physically to their Braamfontein branch to lodge a complaint on 19 August 2021. After lodging this complaint, 2 of the wigs were delivered that night (after 9pm), with a promise by the driver (Mashudu) to deliver the 3rd wig the following day. To date this driver does not answer his phone, calls to the Deluxe hair studios are never answered, requests for a refund fall on deaf ears as no response is ever given. It is so frustrating to have to wait for something you already paid for and no one will give you feedback. Please, Deluxe, if you cannot deliver - refund me my money!!!!
