Salon Misconduct – Investigation & Closure Requested

Can we request an investigation into this salon and have it shut down? We can't all be raising complaints about their failure to fulfill their promises. It's clear that this hair business is just a front. How is it possible that they keep mistreating their clients without facing any consequences? It's extremely frustrating to try to communicate with someone who refuses to respond.
