Non-Delivery of Hair Product and Refusal to Refund

DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM DELUXE HAIR STUDIO. I placed an order for hair. They took my money but never delivered the hair, and now they are ignoring all my messages. When I asked for a refund, they just told me “we don’t refund” — but they still haven’t given me any update or sent the product. I previously ordered from them in 2020 and trusted them again, but now they are clearly ****ming people.
