I ordered hair from Delux on the 20th June 2025 till today I have not received my hair . I went to their salon in Pretoria twice already and I’ve been promised that they will deliver and I was told the hair is sold online only and they don’t operate over the weekends but I will get my hair . What I noticed when I entered the salon is that selling hair it a front and it’s not the natural of business they focusing into , that is why they struggle to deliver our orders.
