I want a refund !!! Keep your wigs

Worst experience ever😭. It’s been 4weeks now and I’m still waiting for my wigs. I think it’s best that we should be told when to expect our wings even before we make the payment. I keep calling them no answer. I keep texting them they just open and look at the messages no response. I asked for a refund instead they sent me a message promising me my wigs the week before last. . . I’m not happy at all with their communication and customer care. I’m super angry and don’t want the wigs anymore at this point just want my wigs back. My sisters wanted to order but from my experience they even start to think I’ve been ****med 😭
