I placed an order with Deluxe hair studiofor two wigs: a 12-inch frontal and a 14-inch curly frontal. I only received one wig, and the unit looks shorter than expected — possibly a 10-inch. I reached out to the business immediately and politely explained the issue, but their only response was “OK.” I followed up, mentioned that I urgently need the second wig for a wedding on the 26th of this month, and asked for an update. I’ve received no further communication. As a returning customer who previously ordered from them in 2020, I trusted their business — but this experience has been disappointing. I simply want clarity, a proper response, and the missing item to be delivered.
