I need my money back.

I purchased 3 wigs last week sunday with Delux hair Studio worth 2920 and they sent me a **** receipt for courier guy that they sent my parcel which they never did.l have not received my order which l purchased on 25 february till today,l have tried texting and they told me they are coming and now they dont respond at all.l requested a refund it seems l have been ****med.please l need your help so l can get my money back..
