Horrible service after you have paid

I ordered and paid 3 weeks ago. After that they started ignoring me. When I sent messages I was blue ticked when I called they didn’t answer I even sent them dms on instagram and also sent an email. They totally ignored me for 3 weeks. Yesterday I googled the address and it was 22 min away from me. I sent them a screen shot showing how far I am and told them since they cannot deliver I will come collect myself. 3 hours later they delivered. I will NEVER order there again
