**** hair & bad customer service

This is the worst company to buy hair from. Firstly they use internet pictures for marketing & not their actual products. Secondly they told me my order will arrive within 2 days. I received it after 22 days. The only reason I received it was that I had lodged a payment reversal with my bank & also my sister was threatening them that we are going to the police. The guy who was helping never responded to any of my messages after I sent them proof of payment. Thirdly the hair came wet & stinky. Fourthly the hair sheds a lot & is **** hair not what is advertised. They are the worst people to buy from & when I complained on their Instagram they blocked me.
