Do not buy from them. They are theives

I recently bought hair. After days of following them I got the order. Only to find that they gave me the wrong order. I told them they should just give me the remainder of my money but they told me no refunds. I sent it back for exchange. Until today I haven't received my order. It's a month now. Still nothing. All they do is just blue tick me. Trust I will make time and go cause havoc at their branch. I can't travel 2 provinces for nothing.
