Disappointed with everything

So disappointed with everything firstly when i got there6i had to wait for 2 hours for the wig and secondly when I'm sitting there a customer got in and she was just busy complaining about the quality of the hair that is no longer the same so i was like no this customer is dramatic Eyoooooo few minutes later here comes my 14 inch very wet looking cheap like i bought it in small street looking like 8 inch I'm so angry in such way that I'll never recommend this place to anyone time wasted and money wasted I'm so disappointed.
