Disappointed with Deluxe hair studio

Deluxe always run hair specials on WhatsApp, then there was hair I liked, spoke to them and asked how long will the delivery take and they said 3-5 days, I asked for their banking details and paid for the hair, inclusive of the R120 courier fee, then I sent them a proof of payment and they confirmed that they have received the money and that was 16 August 2025. A month passed and I asked about the hair no response, I asked again still no response. Early October they asked which province I'm I in and I responded, till today I haven't got my hair. It's literally going to 3 months, they must just refund my money
