Deluxe Hair Studio is ****ming Women !!!

Hello Peter. Please help !!! 😞 Deluxe Hair Studio is ****ming women for their hard earned money. I've placed and paid an order for 22" Peruvian Hair. 1) They do false advertising on their Instagram page. Because you dont receive the wig they advertise. I didnt receive what I paid for. The hair has been used before and the bundles are very less than suppose to be. I took a video and sent it to them, all of a sudden they are not responding. 2) Customer service is very bad. They respond after a day on their Instagram and whatsapp but now are not responding AT ALL. 3) I placed my order on 06/08/2025 and only received my order 2 weeks later (16/08/2025) and not 3-5 business days as promised, which we as customers also pay delivery fee. It has been such a tedious experience. I wish they would reimburse my money because I'm not pleased with the wig and their customer service. I don't want this wig. Please help !!!! 😔
