Deluxe hair studio

I just bought hair on the 21/12/20 to Deluxe hair studio in Kyalami Corner branch, Then I have to collect the hair on the 22/12/20 because they were not ready making the wigs,I bought 14'inch and 16'inch when I got home I check my hair I can see that the length of the hair is actually shorter than what I bought, The 14'inch look like it's 12'inch then the 16'inch look like it's 14'inch, What's even worse is they change the inches with a pen on a sticker to prove that they gave me shorter length than the one I wanted, and the bundles that they use to make wigs look like they save alot, because hair is very few and lite on the wig like they only use 1 bundle on each wig, I'm really not happy about the hair
