Delux are ****ist and poor service

Ordered hair on the 1st Nov 2021 , Paid order online and WhatsApp them POP 2 days later as I did not get communication regarding delivery. Someone just responded with "nice". 16 days later I still haven't received delivery and their post says they deliver within 2 days, service it's bad and I think they **** people 😡 Thinking of opening ***** case against them. poor POOR service. Requested for refund no one is saying anything, till today I haven't received my order!!
