Worst service I ever received

Bought my hair from them last month on the 14th,sent the proof of payment on WhatsApp and asked them when will I receive my order and they rep**** saying 3-7 working days.After 2 weeks I’ve sent them WhatsApp and this time no reply,even called their office but no answer.Ive sent them a message on instagram enquiry about a special and they rep**** and when I told them that am still waiting for my delivery and sent them proof of payment again,they never rep**** again.
