Bad service

I bought hair on 20/12/2020 from Delux hair studio. So on Monday I asked them if I can collect the hair in thier Durban branch they blue ticked me, I went to thier Durban branch on Tuesday and they said they can't give me my hair cause I bought online okay fine I left. Then I decided to search them on Facebook just to see reviews. To my shock I found people complaining that they sell **** hair.i sent them a text telling them that I don't want the hair anymore cause I can see that they are not reliable they make false adverti*****ts so I asked for refund they did not respond it been 3 days now they are not responding and no refund. I'm really disappointed.
