Bad customer service

I have been waiting for my order for ages. When I call them they don't pick up my calls. When I was ordering the wig they were quick to answer especially with the payment, but now that they have to deliver they are not answering my calls or texts. I am really disappointed. You advertise your brand as being reliable. What you guys are doing is not right :(
