Bad company bad service bad attitude

I've ordered hair from Deluxe which was on special @ R1000 a week later I got the delivery when I opened the parcel it turned out it's not what I ordered. They delivered what I ordered before. I asked what must I do with something that I already have and there's no response. I sent a WhatsApp to them they did not respond. Promised them I'll take them to Hello Peter their response was ok. It seems as if they are aware that nothing will be done to them and they continue to give a negative attitude.
