Average recovery bill for electricity
I am not happy about Delucia, they send me a statement with the recovery amount of their faulty meter box that they were not checking if it was billing me or not, They are the one calculating and sending me the bill every month from 2***, how possible is that of all the months they were not aware that there meter is not working, now I must pay for their negligence.
I only pay the outstanding balance amount send to me, they came after 2 years and check their meter box and find is not working, it stopped, they are the ones who comes open do the meter readings and send the me the bill. Now I am selling my house, now the are recovering that, how do the know how much I was using putting in their evarage of recovery amount, which they are not sure how much I used. Is not fair.
Whose fault is it?
We talked about this for long,
I think now is time for me to take this to court.
I can send also the bill if possible
This is frustrating , is like they were trapping me, waiting for me to sell the house and now come with this bill, there was not even a warning that they are sending an invoice like this it was just a surprise, I thought maybe we talk about it and is resolved, this was not my fault, it was their fault, they should have seen that there is something wrong with the invoice, I do not work in their
offices, to alert them about their work, this is serious negligence within their part.
Just imagine payingssomething that was not caused by yourself, it just come as a surprise.
Yes,I was receiving the bill statement but is not my job to go through the invoice, I only pay the outstanding TOTAL amount due to me.
